There was definitely a Criminal Minds episode (S01E04) with a woman doing step in her bedroom. I remember watching it and it was discussed in this prior thread (as well as the Monk episode):

I never could figure out what step video she was doing in the Criminal Minds episode but not sure how hard I tried either to figure it out. Someone later in the thread consulted imdb and "it's a step workout by Teri Ann Krefting".

On The Good Doctor, two of the doctors were runners. Most often, that's what I see - running.

Mention of Susan Powter prompted me to google her. Seems she’s dropped off the face of the earth. I remember standing in line with my mom at a bookstore years ago to meet her. We were next in line when the event ended and she left.

There’s a Susan Powter with no face picture on Twitter, but you have to request to follow her and be approved. I don’t want to do that if it’s not her.

If she has no other internet presence I think chances are pretty high it's not her. Seems like someone bought up a bunch of twitter handles trying to get the real person to pay them more for them.

Watched two episodes of NCIS LA tonight. In the first one Kinzie and Fatima were in the gym doing walking lunges. In the second one they were in the gym again throwing I think a med ball back and forth (I'm also crocheting so wasn't paying close attention). Later someone they were questioning said she took up Zumba.

I just remembered that there was an episode of Chicago Fire where one of the characters teaches Zumba. Turns out that the actor has a Zumba transformation story!

They also had an episode where one of the characters goes to spin class and she gets her colleague interested to the point where she teaches the spin class.
