This is my first time posting to this check-in, and I'll try to remember to come back to update the post. My workout routine includes yoga practice (daily), Classical Stretch, some walking outdoors, and other workouts (usually Barlates these days). I also do Lee Holden's 30 Day Chi Challenge (7' workouts) before my morning workout or yoga practice, and I write it down when I complete another 30 day cycle. I'm recovering from a foot injury (bad sprain). I can do some standing work but without bending through the foot (no lunges, power yoga, etc.) so I've been doing more mat workouts and adjusting my yoga practice.
