Day 2 was a half getup plus one-arm swings. The mobility part was segmented cat-cow.

I just did Day 1 and enjoyed it. I appreciated her mentioning floor presses as an alternate to strict presses for those who may have shoulder issues - but I wish she had shown the alternate as one of the 3 rounds for those who made need the visual. I have no problems doing the strict presses.

The shoulder mobility move feels great! Definitely highlights tight spots.

I'm doing my own warm-up and adding extra swings at the end. I wish she did more instruction for the partial get-up on Day 2, but liking the mix so far. My hamstrings definitely felt the deadlifts after Day 1.

I woke up with an eyegraine so I'm waiting till Wednesday to start the challenge, paired with Rowvember rowing.

Carly, I was surprised she didn't even demo the floor press!

Interesting to see you use this term, Vannie - sometimes I say I have a neckgraine!

Well, I'm never really sure if my headaches are migraines or not so this term seems to fit for me! Weird that you use a similar term!

Wow, never called it that, but I get eyegrains too! They definitely ruin a whole day for me. Hope you feel better.

Thanks! It's better tonight but not totally gone yet. Yep, they suck. I always imagine little leprechauns using my eyeball for a punching bag. Not fun but the image helps distract me a bit!
