Thanks for the new workouts, Mistress, it incontheevable that I would be able to do them in their entirety, however. Advanced level only, I think. LOL
(On a serious note, here is some unsolicited advice: read the book to your kids (mine are 9 & 11)...a GREAT read-aloud (skip the "red" parts) & the movie will be even better. You will love doing the voices yourself, too!) |

The Princess Bride Workout
First spend all day fetching and carrying pitchers around the farm. Go for a long sail. Upon returning do a 300 yard rope climb followed by a fencing bout. Follow it with greco-roman style wrestling and then take a breather with a nice glass of wine. Afterwards, go for a jog through the countryside. Throw in some somersaults for fun! Hack and slash creepers and vines to build up those shoulders, and then wrestle a few giant rodents. Finish up with a dip in some lightning sand and an herbal rubdown from an albino masseuse. Ahhhh.... Hey, what's that machine do?
