In the recipe forum I can use the "display" option and see posts back from 2001.
For the check in forums I cannot see anything more recent than last year. The advanced search still is not working for me.

Thank you, Linda and Sherry. I know in the grand scheme of things it isn't the end of the world, but you know when you lose someone you just want to hold on to everything of theirs you can.
Sherry, we didn't share it with most people bc I wanted her to be able to be her own person and if I ticked anyone off I didn't want it to reflect on her. She really only posted on our check in but her username was Miss Scarlett. She was such a positive person and I know some of her posts helped pick up others as well. Advanced search still didn't work for me either.

My comments have been greatly reduced, but they go back to 2015. I'm not sure what method she used to decide what to purge. A percentage? A date?

I don't know. I have a thread subscription from 2013 but it's from the rotations section. My oldest check in subscription is August 2019.
