My injured foot (a painful sprain) appears to be okay now, so I look forward to adding back in activities that I've missed like vinyasa yoga, barre, etc.

ASAS, great to see you back this month! As well as everyone, as this is quite a busy month.

Colleen, glad to read your foot is better and you can add in your activities again.


*I think I FINALLY must be getting better as I could never have actually RAN on the TM a couple weeks ago!! (And my balance was a lot better today with all the weighted lunges as opposed to a couple weeks ago - yay!!)*

ASAS, hope you're feeling better! No fun with a cold.

T2B, I found my '24 planner (and not at Aldi's)!! It's the same exact kind as I had this year, found at Walmart. I forgot to pick up a notebook, though, for Cathe's new workouts.... I have already been to Walmart 2x this week - ay yai yai!! It'll have to wait until next week, LOL! Hope you're enjoying your rest week (and this great weather)! It almost makes all the trips to Walmart pleasurable!

Luv2WO, hope you're hanging in there this month!! I'm on my last day of the nasal spray....I think I'm feeling better?? It's such slow progress, I can't even tell, LOL! The unsteadiness is still present though.... But as my Primary Dr. said - slow progress is better than NO progress! Yes, but it's been almost 2 months!!!

AMD - I was hoping that you’d try Cathe’s Lift, Move & Sweat before your subscription ended. I have been recording the CL’s that you tried, and liked, and I thought the Lift, Move & Sweat clip looked good. Sorry that you’re feeling the two heavy weight for that move, it looked like a lot of fun. Yes, a day, or two, of rest is probably best.

I bought my 2024 planner for my workout room a few weeks ago. I bought a Happy Planner with a vertical lay out for 2024. I decided that the feel of my journal/planner is important to me too so no more Aldi planners. . Aldi can be hit/miss. My upstairs planner is an 18 month Happy Planner that I bought last summer so I’m good through 2024.

I should have my Cathe workouts by Friday, at least I hope so.

Wow, can’t believe you’re missing your leaves/pokey balls.

ASAS Hope that cold has left the building by now.
COLLEEN Look at all your yoga! I can't shift the guilt of not doing something I feel is more vigorous. I know, I KNOW..... It's IMPORTANT!! It's a mental block I need to get over.

Sorry for missing so many days, and not doing more personals - have 5 weeks to build back to a routine before school/work returns. Not making promises I risk breaking though.

AMD! So glad your balance and running seem to be getting a little better, but I am sorry about your lower back! If it's not one thing it's another. I hope it is feeling a lot better and everything continues to improve.

As for me, I think like you I am not noticing it as much, especially because I have so busy with getting ready for Christmas. The ringing is still there but maybe not as noticeable. Hard to tell if it is improving or if I am just ignoring it for the time being. LOL!! Hopefully improving.

Okay, VF keeps freezing up on me so I am going to post this before I can't!
