Yeah I more or less stopped reading after I read that part. I wouldn't expect the majority of women 30 and older to be able to change their physique much simply by exercise alone. It just...doesn't work like that.

Ahhh the Susan Powter era. Although perhaps that was more the 90s. I just remember chowing down on entire boxes of Snackwell cookies and crackers in college and thinking I'd NEVER gain the Freshman 15 as long as I ate fat-free. Ummm... guess again!
