I'll still be in the 1st CLX rotation of the year. I've got one more week of burn phase then Feb will be mostly the Push phase. Thursday is the one day of the week that I sub a non-CLX into the rotation. I'm going to do either Stephanie Vitorino's Ultimate Body Shaper workout or Bodystrikes 2 tomorrow.

I just started over on Lee Holden's 30-Day Challenge and 30-day Posture Makeover so I'll keep going with them throughout February. I'll also keep doing my PT exercises. I''m also getting back to Callanetics and Classical Stretch. And I'll keep doing Jane Adams Gentle Yoga Desk and Computer Relief Work every other day with my husband as long as he wants to!

I feel like I just made my New Year's Resolutions (albeit, late).

Right now I'm in my second week of a mixed Jessica Smith rotation, using all of her newer sets. I have enough workouts lined up to last me well into March, but we will see how long it is until I'm bored.

I think I'm going to string together some shorter outdoor scenery type workouts each day. I need something low-dread and fun and I can usually motivate myself to do several short workouts rather than one long one. I'm having a heck of a time motivating myself to get up and get going this winter!

I am also going to do CS/Essentrics this month - maybe following the current winter challenge, maybe just doing Season 12.

For example, for today I did - Gilad's 30th Anniversary Show, Episode 6 (picked up where I left off) and CS 1201. When I get home from work I may pop in some yoga or Pilates using either a DVD or You Tube workout that has some nice scenery.

I am going to try to aim for some cardio or cardio/sculpt each day and then add on after that. On the weekends I may do some longer cardio or strength workouts.....

So a loose plan......

I too have just started over on Lee Holden's 30-day Qijong challenge. Right now I feel like I want to start every day with this forever!

I am also going to work through everything I can on Lazy Dancer's website. I really love her.

I'll still do some serious weights and cardio, but just enough to maintain.

I love to read everyone's rotations!!!

This month, I'm going back to my beloved Sagi and do a Beast Block 3/Cardio/Yoga rotation. It's been waaaay too long since I've worked out with him! (And I needed a much needed break from Cathe)!

For cardio, I've been inserting You Tube's Yvette Bachmann's classes...who is very similar to Cathe in her exercises but still not Cathe, LOL! Be warned, she doesn't give you many water breaks, {like NONE!}, so you need to sip quickly!

Thanks so much for mentioning her on recent threads!!! I am really enjoying her workouts right now!

I need to think that through. I am having some procedures for varicose veins (fun, fun) that will put me on some limitations, so I am currently thinking a limited barre rotation with low impact cardio. Not sure what that will look like though . . .

I have never been able to keep a set rotation, but I do have "trends"

I have been feeling the need to do addons with light weights, especially Deinse Austin's stuff. I do her stuff after more precise workouts that require concentration. All her workouts are no dread, no exhaustion & occasionally, she really comes up with unique, very effective moves I haven't seen elsewhere.

Surprisingly, I did Jillian Michaels NMTZ after years of letting it collect dust, maybe will do my other fav Jillians - 6W6P and Yoga Meltdown

Been doing Ultimate yogi 1 to 3xs a week - on the other days I do

30 min Ellen plus 30 min something else (Denise Austin, Travis E Short & Sweet) Hope to work in more 30 min kundalini this month

Or a 45 min Ellen (loving Yogini as of late)
