I just never have really liked plain old floor cardio. And the thought of doing the same thing day after day, I'd rather just be fat thank you very much.
No really. I can do it once every couple weeks, but the thought of jumping around like a 2 year old high on crack 6 days a week, I'd have to force myself not to shoot the tv after about day 5.

I'm loving Tracey Mallett's Cardio Melt. The pure cardio workout is 30 minutes, but if I'm crunched for time I'll skip the last 10 minutes where you repeat all the moves you did before in one long circuit.
Have a look at befit on Youtube. There are several Denise Austin cardio workouts that are 20 minutes or a little less. The Firm Cardio Dance Express has 20 minute "express" options. |

Just pop in any longer cardio you already have and do 20 minutes of it.

A mile of almost any of Leslie's workouts clocks in at 15-20 minutes.
Also in the line of 10 Minute Solution dvds is a Michelle Dozois one I really like called "Carb and Calorie Burner". It has some impact but would be easily modified down. Michelle keeps things pretty interesting and it's actually a decent workout. |
