May I ask why you hate her cardio? Is it the impact? Because for 20min of straight cardio that burns calories, I like Women's Health Train For Your Body Type, Abs Diet for Women, and (slightly easier) South Beach Diet -- but they're high impact too. Other impact videos are Firm Calorie Explosion and the 15min bonus of Firm Get Chisel'd.

For options between impact there's 10 Min Sol's Rapid Results Fat Burner, and the first 2 sections of 10 Min Sol's Ultimate Bootcamp. Otherwise, I like short kickboxing workouts. There are 30 min workouts from KCM, Billy Blanks (Live Basics on VHS and others), Lynn Hahn, etc. You can just stop after 20 minutes.

If you want to keep it simple and low impact you can always do 20 minutes of Leslie or other walking videos. Ooh, just remembered I really like Charlene Prickett's It Figures videos, and one has 10 low impact, high intensity routines that are each around 23 minutes long.

I just never have really liked plain old floor cardio. And the thought of doing the same thing day after day, I'd rather just be fat thank you very much.

No really. I can do it once every couple weeks, but the thought of jumping around like a 2 year old high on crack 6 days a week, I'd have to force myself not to shoot the tv after about day 5.

I'm loving Tracey Mallett's Cardio Melt. The pure cardio workout is 30 minutes, but if I'm crunched for time I'll skip the last 10 minutes where you repeat all the moves you did before in one long circuit.

Have a look at befit on Youtube. There are several Denise Austin cardio workouts that are 20 minutes or a little less.

The Firm Cardio Dance Express has 20 minute "express" options.

Just pop in any longer cardio you already have and do 20 minutes of it.

Debra Mazda's workouts have shorter premixes
Christ Freytag's Prevention workouts have shorter workouts

Also, the new Prevention 400-Calorie Burn (not sure if that's the correct title) has 20-minute segments.

A mile of almost any of Leslie's workouts clocks in at 15-20 minutes.

Also in the line of 10 Minute Solution dvds is a Michelle Dozois one I really like called "Carb and Calorie Burner". It has some impact but would be easily modified down. Michelle keeps things pretty interesting and it's actually a decent workout.
