1. What was the biggest lesson you learned in 2020?
- That being a cranky, anti-social introvert has gone from being a disadvantage to a life-saving survival skill. 2. What or whom are you most grateful for right now? - My hubby! He's a combo of MacGyver and Chuck Norris. 3. How would you describe your fitness life in 2020? - I keep on keeping on despite stupid, ongoing health issues. I got in 308 workouts in 2020. 4. What are your top three priorities in 2021? - Practice Mindfulness and Gratitude - Keep on keeping on (again). - Be in good enough shape to go hiking again if the world ever opens up. 5. What is one change you want to make? - I REALLY need to do my workouts earlier in the day!
