Anni Mairs' Life Force https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-FpBCfkwtw She suggests using 1lb weights throughout and switching to 3lb weights during certain sections. This is my favorite example: lots of variety, modifications and bail-out times offered. Excellent stretch too! I'll try to think of some more, but I often do walking workouts with 2-3lb weights and do upper body moves throughout. ETA - Agree with others, re: Ellen Barrett, esp her Crunch Burn & Firm Pilates which moves at a nice aerobic clip.
