Another vote for Moving Comfort Fiona! I'm a 32 C/D and I still need tons of support, and this bra locks and loads while still being comfortable. For long runs, I recommend a bit of body glide around the band area and under the straps. It is low-cut but oddly this does not affect the support for me at all. It's adjustable and easy to get in and out of.
The Moving Comfort Maia is high cut and dug into my collarbones like crazy, and the support wasn't as good for me. Trying the different styles on in the store to find the best fit is a VERY good idea, and then look around online for deals. I've been able to get the Moving Comfort bras for less than $30.
