Here's mine:
Yoga Directory by Linda Doeser: small and spiral bound. This has index tabs for fast access to poses and sequences. Has a few thumbnail yoga sequences that fit on 1-2 pages. https://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Director...s%2C175&sr=1-3 The Book of Yoga by Christina Brown: small and spiral bound. has a few short practices. https://www.amazon.com/Book-Yoga-Chr.../dp/1405431652 101 Essential Tips Yoga by Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Another small book - published by "DK" Dorling Kindersley with lots of photos. Contains a few practices/sequences with photos of the postures. https://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Essentia...s%2C180&sr=1-5 Cool Yoga Tricks by Miriam Austin - regular-sized paperback book. This does not have sequences in it, but i assure you, when you see her clearly illustrated poses, you'll want to stop what you are doing and try them out! I credit VF with turning this book on to me. https://www.amazon.com/Cool-Yoga-Tri...rmat=4&depth=1 I keep the above 4 books in my room for a quick yoga session. The public library carries these - you can try before you buy. Women's Health Big Book of Yoga by Kathryn Budig. I've borrowed this book from the library - it's really comprehensive and has short yoga sequences. Eventually one day I will buy a copy when I clear out my vast book collection! Kathryn Budig has done a Gaiam yoga DVD although I have never tried it. https://www.amazon.com/Womens-Health.../dp/1609618394

I wish Miriam did a video. She has written this and the "Yoga for Wimps" book, however the DVD with the same name and logo is taught by Annika Carlson. Miriam also wrote "Meditation for Wimps" however there is no CD or DVD counterpart.
