Karen Voight has one that is nice - the one with the big red chili pepper hanging from the ceiling. Is that Burn and Firm?

Thanks Barb! That was so awesome you put this together. This looks really good. I was also eyeing the Fitstix workouts. Which was would be the easiest to follow?

I think I broke all records in making that clip! LOL

All Fitstix workouts are easy to follow and use the core more with the light weights.
I would say Fusion is the better one because so much footage but do not know if it is pressed with a silver back yet. Mine from the first release has the blue/purplish back. With Fusion's chaptering, you can do the slower paced instructionals or the faster paced routines or both.

However, HeavyHands Plus for $10 is a steal.
(unless their shipping and handling is ridiculous?).

Cardio Force is higher impact, but I do that one and just modify everything to low impact. Other than the impact, it's the same basic idea as Life Force with simple cardio and light weights. Another one that is somewhat similar is Kathy Smith's Matrix Power Walk. It's walking and very simple cardio with light weights and some standing core moves. You should find a clip of it someplace and see what it looks like because some people are put off by the set, but I think it's fun, and the workout is actually one of my favorites.

Love that Kathy Smith Matrix Power Walk!
For those who want similar without the costumes and set, there is her Rejuvenation walk.

ETA: This is several years old and probably not readily available. Maybe on amazon.com.
I revisited Strength & Spirit today and really enjoyed it.
Still being sold at Amazon and by Anita but I did put up a short clip of it

I really think it is unique doing these kinds of moves to an African drum beat.
