If you are looking for recipes as well as tons of educational videos about diet-related health issues, Diet Doctor website is worth the $9/mo (I think that’s the price).

Try also the Zoe Podcast - Science & Nutrition.
They're also on YouTube >> Zoe << It's English and has VERY credible people from several countries contributing to the research, with "over 50 peer reviewed papers published in top medical journals" like the Lancet. They emphasise large studies with thousands of people, not groups of 35 men in their 20s (roll eyes). I listened to a hoard of episodes whilst doing a 6-hr drive on Tuesday. They emphasise at the end of every episode to give the listener real ways to use the information presented - actionable steps to take. I'll try to find an episode on insulin resistance... Here's one on "How to Control Blood Sugar Spikes" Here's one on Improving Blood Sugar Control with Exercise Heard in one episode chatting with Peter Attia. He has a book called Outlive which is about preventative medicine. He had 2 yrs of residency remaining before he was a fully fledged specialist cancer surgeon and left medicine due to preventative care not being taken seriously enough. So on the way HOME from my 6hr drive, I listened to THAT book - available on Audible. He has real things to do as well. >> Link << Specifically exercise: Weekly 3x 60min bouts of moderate intensity aerobics - like a brisk walk uphill where you COULD chat, but would rather not. 3x 30min bouts of much more intense cardio - like interval training, eg ride up the same hill for 4min, and cruise back down, repeatedly 3x 45min (not certain of the time) bouts of resistance training so as not to lose muscle mass also include balance & flexibility
