I also LOVE my flexiroll mats. I bought two of them back in July and have them on a tile floor down in my basement. I do kettlebell and body weight workouts on them and they do not move around. I store the bells and my other weights off of the mats and agree that they would not be appropriate for heavy equipment like a squat rack, heavy weights, etc.

Someone on VF recommended them to me when I was asking about flooring in the spring. I obsessed over it for months but I am so glad I purchased these instead of the puzzle mats.

Reopening this post... I just ripped out the carpet in my basement and need to cushion my workout area. The choices of puzzles mats are overwhelming but I'm looking for the best option for cardio, as I won't be using it for any gym equipment. Thoughts?

Thank you!
Donna
