» New Music: Grace and her music staff have been composing throughout the spring to bring you the Hottest Pop, Rock, R&B, Trance, Lounge and New Age music to motivate you through your workouts. There are more vocals than ever before. Each song was carefully designed to create the best musical journey for you and your workout. New music available in July!

» New Trainers: We have added two amazing new trainers to our iTRAIN Team. Millenna Saraiva will be teaching several iSCULPT Traditional workouts. Joseph Seeman will be teaching iSTRETCH Athletic 10 and 20 minutes. These stretch workouts are great after cardio training, or on their own.

» iTRI Training: The workout that you have all been waiting for will be here in July! This 70 minute cardio training course is taught by your cardio team of Grace and Keith. Together this dynamic duo will make you run, laugh, climb, smile, cycle, joke, and run and want to do it all over again the next day. This is a definite must have! This workout will be found under the iTREAD section of the website.

I'm so excited for more works!!!

Oh, I got that email too. I am so psyched about the istretch athletic. I think it would be good to do this after my outside runs, since I have my ipod with me anyway. Also, the itritraining! I can't wait. I think I already know what I am getting with my credits. Is it July yet?

Boy, did you beat me to it! I just came from the iTrain website where I copied their e-mail and was reading down the list before I inserted it--and there it was! I love the vocals so am really looking forward to next month, and am really glad to see so many folks here enjoying these terrific workouts along with me.

I knew Natalie and Ali (who has a very cool new signature! )would be all over those new iTris! They sound perfect for when you're at the gym and have access to all the fitness equipment.

Fuzzie: I did iBallet 7 for the first time last week and it's fantastic! You're right the floorwork is killer. I almost cried from the lactic acid burn from my hips to my calves!

When I buy the workout, it goes directly to my music library, which for me is iTunes, and I can listen to it on the computer if I want to, so I don't see why the workout wouldn't download into windows media or whatever music medium you use. To be absolutely sure, drop an e-mail to customerservice@itrain.com. Hope you have luck with this, as these workouts are really great!

Also, you can burn them onto a cd if you want from a program like iTunes.
