Let's try it & see, Debra! I'm beyond menopause! This thread prompted me to order Vol. 1 on dvd from Collage a few moments ago. I notice that the VHS version has been discontinued. Guess my original $49.95 vhs is now a real classic! I tried Vol. 4, timesaver a few days ago & really enjoyed it. It was a real blast from the past! I may try an informal rotation between these two & maybe throw in Jari's Ripped too.

Thumbs up This could be interesting!!!

I've been considering following my current LGI8 rotation with a rotation using my Classic (and one BSS2) Firms, TLTs and TLPs and throwing in some extra cardio, like lunch-break walks. Our lunch break is about 45 minutes, so I walk about 30 minutes...also that's the length of the programs on the cds I use.

When this workout first came out, I did it almost everyday for months and months! I got really good results from it. But granted, I was almost 20 years younger back then But up until just a few years ago, I still used it a LOT. I still use the floorwork a lot and it really is great and I still swear by it.

I posted this on the ya-ya's also but I had the best body of my life when I did Vols. 1, 2, and 3 with walking on alternate days. I got more comments and questions about what I did for fitness than I ever have in my life. I gave it up to do new and "better" things. I really think I should go back to this!

I'm not sure, but I don't think that the dvd is chaptered.

If I understand correctly none of the Firms are chaptered. I know Time Crunch sure isn't.

I just finished doing Time Crunch out on my deck by the light of the dusk to dawn light. I moved 9 of my Home Depot flooring squares out & used my laptop to play the dvd. Quite nice. Just me & the bats flying around the light. Doing crunches I could watch the stars.

I've had vol.1 since 1986 and it whips me every time. However, the more I do it it becomes more doable if that makes sense. I'm thinking about doing it this week as well. It's nice to do a Firm without a step every so often.

Kay: I did Time Crunch last week and marvelled yet again at how great that workout is in 45 minutes. It must have been humid in Tennessee tonight because it's wet and humid here!! I bet you were sweating bullets.

We're up in the mountains so it was getting a bit cool, low 60's, but it was humid. By the time I was finished my yoga mat was damp not only with sweat but with dew.
