I've been away from VF for over a month (which was not planned) so I just posted all of my February workouts on that thread. I also had to update my January post. I'm going to try to keep up my posts in March!
This month, I’m planning a gradual return to my usual workouts after a foot injury. As of the beginning of March, I can walk short distances in regular shoes (not very fast) and do some standing work. I’m holding on to a dowel for balance work until I can balance on that foot again. ETA - The foot pain got worse later this month, and on 3/25 I found out that I had a stress fracture in that foot. So, I'm back to foot injury workouts but this time with a walking boot on.
The boot weights about 2 pounds, so during my workouts I'm wearing a 2-pound ankle weight on the other leg.
My yoga practice times include any added meditation (up to 10’). For Barlates, I mostly use downloads but some of the workouts are also free on YT.

My foot pain had increased the past few days and there was some swelling, so I went to the podiatrist. Stress fracture, so I'll be in an air cast boot for at least the next 3-4 weeks. Fortunately I'm allowed to put weight on it while wearing the boot. I'm supposed to wear the boot during exercise (at least for now), so I'll be doing mat workouts, chair workouts, and walking boot yoga starting on 3/25.
