Looking at that channel, it looks like the the Valerie Bertinelli workout "Losing It" seems to be the same setting as original Slim in 6, maybe a different corner of the room. I don't own Losing It, so that was probably why it surprised me.

Yes, too long for me! I found the set at Goodwill, tried one workout, then gave them back.

I recall there were two versions of Slim in 6 - which one is on You Tube? And what are the differences?
I think it is the new versions. The original Start It Up (2002) was about 52 minutes long. The new version (2005) is about 25 minutes. It think that was a good call as 50+ minutes might be discouraging to a beginner.

Donna, Furmomof6 gives a good description in this thread:

I am going to buy Slim in 6, which do I buy?

Ooh, thanks for posting! I have the originals on DVD but will have to download the new versions.

Slim & Limber is one of my most-used and favorite stretch videos. In fact, I just picked up a backup copy at the thrift store today!

Note - the one on the YouTube link is from 2002, albeit the Start It Up is the shortened version of the same footage/year. Despite BB shortening that workout, they kept the copyright year as 2002. If you want the "Original original" with the 50 min Start It Up, it has a specific UPC.

The "refilmed" Si6 is dated 2010:
https://www.amazon.com/Debbie-Sieber.../dp/B00F73D2EQ

VF review of 2010 refilmed version, including the differences in the moves/exercises between it and the 2002 release:
https://www.videofitness.com/reviews...ew.php?id=4418

In the refilmed version, they kept Start It Up at ~25 min.
