Did anyone catch the beginning of NBC's The Office?

One of the employees, Dwight, brought a stability ball to work for his chair. He announced while bouncing up and down and otherwise trying to stay upright that "This ab workout strengthens your core!" (Eventually his cubicle neighbor punctured the ball because Dwight was flopping all over the place and knocking objects over, even though the exercises were supposed to make him "more coordinated.")

I know we've had movie / TV scenes in the past, but are there any other recent movies or TV shows featuring fitness?

I saw that, too!

I wasn't actually listening, because I was on the phone. But I saw the office mate poke a hole in the stability ball with the scissors. Even without the sound, it was funny! My DH loves that show.

I haven't seen any other interesting fitness references lately.

When I saw that I thought , "He should have spent the extra $$$ on the anti-burst ball."

That reminded me more of Roller Girl in Boogie Nights! I never made the fitness connection.

America's Next Top Model (yes, I do watch it! I like the cattiness actually, I find it funny) has a fitness one every season. This time it was a bootcamp style workout.

I liked when 2-1/2 Men showed Holland Taylor doing yoga. I thought "my God she's flexible!"
