CBELLE,

You are correct, I think we are talking about the same plan. I am pretty much planning on sticking to the rotation for the most part. I actually copied it to excell and printed it out with room for notes (weights used, how well I did the cardio, perceived exertion, etc.) She left the cardio portions pretty open so I really play there.
My big thing - remember how she started it off with a 3 week conditioning period? I just added an additional 3 weeks to equal 6 weeks of conditioning just to be fair to my body. At the end I added a final week of highly challenging workouts, just for the extra endurance and fat burn.
Just don't know what I'll do after that.
I dont have the PS series, is it great, I hear a lot of good info even with it being a bit dated.
I am actually in the process of an exchange for GS I cant wait to sneak that in - do you love it? I don't know how you feel but I completely LOVE SH.
