I bought a Reebok pair for about 9 dollars at Tuesday Morning....I don't know if you have any of these stores near you...

I've seen them (the Ironwear ones, which are the only ones I like) at a Reebok Factory Outlet for $8 (and an extra 20% off if you are a member of AAA).
