Has anyone tried the new Freedom Exercise series from JB Berns of Urban Rebounding fame? I have been a fan of Urban Rebounding for over a year now, loving the low resistance, and really loving the Advanced workout and Box and Bound, so when I heard about the Freedom Exercise I just had to buy! I got mine a few weeks ago and have been using them alot since I have been travelling for work! No equipment, nothing to drag along, just my shoes and my workouts! There's 14 separate workouts - and only $40! Has anyone tried the Freedom Restoration series?
