I decided to take the plunge and buy a digital music player. I went to Circuit City and bought the Verge DFP200, and LOVE it

! It is almost the same size as a lipstick case and has an armband that you can put it into for walking, running, or whatever. It supports several different types of music files and has 256 MB memory and uses one AAA battery. I can't wait to take this to the track. This is awesome! (I love all the new-fangled gadgets

I know I have one too and I love it. They are soo teeny and hardle weigh anything. I love audiobooks and I usually have a book going while I'm walking or running or doing yard work or housework, lol doing about anything. I love my Mp3!

A few days ago I bought one of those tiny Rio's and I love it too! The arm band is perfect and the little thing is so tiny and light. I think mine has 128 but it is expandable - but it holds about two hours and is perfect for those long dog walks!

I'm like you - I like the toys! What fun!

I love mine also. I have a Rio MP3 player and it is so much better than my non-skip CD player. Plus, it is so much lighter.

I would LOVE an Mp3 player because it seems I can put so much more into my walking/jogging when I listen to music. However, when I decided to invest in one in December, it wouldn't work on my computer

. I tried 3 different Mp3 players & none of them were recognized by my computer. I even called the companies, but no one could help me (they basically read me the manual), so I returned all of them.

I guess if I ever have the $$ to get one again, I'll have to pay additional $$ to get a computer technician to come to my house & install it. It's probably something simple (that, of course, none of the companies' reps had ever heard of).
