It's expensive, but it's a valuable service to library patrons, as is Hoopla. My library system provides access to both. It also has a strong commitment to providing access to DVDs, Blu-ray, vinyl LPs, and CDs and has a department with librarians and support staff for the collection. You would probably be a regular checker-outer of their curated DVD/Blu-ray binge boxes!
