Happy New Year to all!
I'm on a road trip visiting Mom, and between that and VF log-in issues I hadn't checked in for a while. I'm hoping that the VF site will continue! I found VF in grad school over 20 years ago. Until recently, I'd been away for several years (mostly, life was crazy and I reduced my time online) and it just never crossed my mind that VF could cease to exist. I've signed up at the alternative sites but I haven't posted yet except to say "hi."

Helen - Your comment about yoga made me smile because I felt exactly the same when I started practicing over 20 years ago.
At the time, I was doing mostly Cathe, FIRM, Creative Instructors Aerobics, etc. and I wanted to do yoga for stress relief and to improve flexibility. I got started by doing very easy practices in addition to my workouts or on rest days, at most a few days a week. When I started, I did not expect to do any more than that - but here I am.
