I tried Cathe's STS 2.0 earlier this year and thought it was a really good program, but stopped because I couldn't get excited enough about it compared to other workouts I had been doing around that time (Caroline Girvan mostly).
There was too much rest for my taste/needs, and I didn't like the constant chatter about different options of exercises. I had gotten accustomed to workouts with no talking (Caroline's workouts).
However, I used the workout blender to pick and choose some of my favorite exercises, and added shorter rest periods (15 seconds) and now find myself really loving the workouts and finding them very useful!
Being able to have the breaks between the sets be a countdown timer with no talking helped me enjoy the workout more.
It had been a while since I used the Workout Blender to create new workouts and thought I'd go ahead and post a reminder to others of its value in case they forgot!
