I have been listening to some podcasts featuring Stacy Sims and am considering her book. I found these articles and thought of this thread. The first is about power training, specifically plyo.

The second points out how we need strength to have power, and what she recommends for strength for older women. She talks about higher rep, lower weight vs lower reps, heavier weight.
