what DVD software app do you use on your laptop?
Whilst looking for an alternative to "Power Media Player 14 for HP Consumer PCs with DVD" that came loaded with my HP Laptop, I came across this article. It's a good recap of why ripping and playing is now combined into 1 app to appeal to users who still like their DVDs. I have no experience with any of the ones listed, so thought i'd create a thread. My laptop still has a built-in DVD player, and I also purchased an LG's external DVD Writer (which plays DVDs too) from Best Buy.
