12 Week rotation=Done!
I finished up the rotation today with Triceps, and had done Biceps yesterday. I had a very busy past weekend, but still managed a number of yoga workouts. I'll be moving on to either Jessica or Kelly in Sept, and will begin another rotation with Cathe in October. Not sure which Cathe series I will follow. I'd like to still rotate through the STS 2.0 strength workouts at least one day per week to maintain some muscle definition.
It's been a very good rotation and series for me, and I still think one of Cathe's best!
Thank you everyone for joining me in this check-in! I really appreciate those who did the New STS 2.0 series and were able to make the time to post in this thread! It always makes doing the workouts more enjoyable and keeps everyone motivated to have a community of like minded folks to check-in with!
