There are five workouts in Kelly's new Strength DVD that are called Push, Pull, Lower Body, Functional Strength, and Abs.
Out of these titled, the
Push looks to be the most promising for using "light" weights as you're working shoulders, triceps, and chest.
The
Pull title works the Upper Body targeting Back & Biceps, using a bench. You could again use lighter weights here, if you wanted.
I have done the
Lower Body and you could again use whatever weights you desired. A couple of the exercises are a twist on your traditional squats, lunges and deadlifts, so it might be best to not go too heavy here, until you've done the workout at least one time through anyway.
Functional Strength says, "grab whatever weight challenges you!"
Abdominals is described as working your hip flexors, so would guess there might be a bridge or two here?! And, there will be core work.
