New Beachbody “Sure Thing” Program - Sample Workout Link
This is the sample Beachbody Sure Thing workout on You Tube. It’s scheduled for early access release on 12/20/22. The trainer is Megan Davies. It supposed to be mixture of endurance and heavier weights (power).

Timely Thread. I love Meghan Ive done MBFA several times. I did the sample workout this morning after my Lift More shoulders Week 8. My lower back is KILLING me. I never have back issues. I think the cleans did it. However I would do the Program.

Timely Thread. I love Meghan Ive done MBFA several times. I did the sample workout this morning after my Lift More shoulders Week 8. My lower back is KILING me. I never have back issues. I think the cleans did it. However I would do the Program.
