Thanks, for replying, but no, the QVC set rotation was for "28 to Great," a challenge contemporaneous with 7 Day Body Blast, but not the same thing.

a blogger referred to having success with it, and it was essentially diet-based. she lost 7# in 6 days. she said you go to Barre3 class 6 days out of the 7 days and eat x, y, and z during the 7 days.

The LYLB book doesn't even mention the DVDs.
