I've been thinking about this. I've been doing Essentrics and Barre3 but I don't usually do the same one twice. I think I'm getting stronger and fitter but I can't tell. If I do a rotation and repeat workouts, then I can tell if they're getting easier and if I can lift more weight. I want to use the streaming I paid for though. It's a bit of a dilemma.
