Are you in contact with your barre instructor at all, even though the studio is closed? It might be worthwhile to broach that with them, because it seems like it would be very easy to modify. The only other thing I can think of that might be a problem is even flat feet for single-leg exercises, such as standing at the bar on one leg and raising the other behind you or to the side in various abductions (my teacher loves that move; really fires up those glutes!).
For some alternatives if basically any barre is out, I'm wondering if you could do floor barre. The New York City Ballet Workout volume 1 has an entire section of barre moves all done lying down, and some of them are killer. It's not the entire video, but it's a long enough segment that if you want some of the same kinds of modalities, you could do a few sets of those every week and see some great results.
