i wouldn't buy it on usb, though. if you order it from Udaya, email them about getting it on DVD. i bought it when it was first offered on USB. it could only be played on a laptop at the time. there were no downloadable options. they started offering it on DVD-R to customers who owned the USB version.

I understand there’s still a lot of people who prefer dvds, but I’m surprised they don’t sell it as a download as well, so much simpler than a USB stick.

Hi,

Thanks to all of you who replied. I was interested in the dvd-r when my purchased was verified. Now that they are not doing that I will pass. You guys saved me money for other dvds.

No I am not affiliated with Udaya at all, just a huge fan.
Vytas has tons of fantastic practices on there including Deepen Your Practice too.

Vytas has amazing form tips and Finding Your Practice is great for beginner or anyone.

I reached out to Cody to ask about DVD-R's. He said he is finding out if there are any more dvd copies, but I have a feeling I'm stuck with workouts I cannot use.
