Ok I did From the Ground Up, well about 2/3 of it anyway.
I *loved* the music and I liked Heidi, but some of the moves seemed overly fussy and/or complicated to me (at least in my present mood on this hot day). Also I forgot how much I dislike Firm-style tall box work. Currently I can only go to about 10" for weighted step ups, but then I have to keep reassembling it to use for hover squats, seated work and tricep dips. Ugh, too much rearranging for me. This is why I tend to stick with Firms that don't use the box at all. Perhaps I should take a look at Tracie Long's stuff? Though she's too advanced for me...
