There are some absolutely golden form tips in these videos and you can see just how small the pulses are once hips, ribs and pubic bone are aligned and counter extensions applied. I can perform the form points Sandra teaches but am not qualified to try to explain them. It’s best if those who are interested sign up, ask questions and get answers from the Lady herself.
