I finally got a chance to try these out. I'm not going in order, I'm fitting them in with my rotation.
I did Insane Weights and 25 Abs together.
Insane Weights didn't seem killer hard but it's totally non-stop except for a couple of water breaks. Like a Metabolic weight workout with cardio effect. I must admit I'm feeling it! I used my 15lb dumbells thru the whole thing. Pace is so fast you don't really have time to switch weights. There were 'active rests' that were mostly cardio and also not much of a rest. LOL
The core workout was typical Shaun T except there were also crunches and planks along with his C-curve work. Good stuff. Really perfect to add on to anything.
I've only done these two, but they don't seem as hard as Insanity or Asylum - yet.
I love Shaun in this. Tough and nice, motivating, silly too. I'm looking forward to the others.
