Nothing formal. The Classical Stretch episodes are only 22 minutes and the parts are less than 15 so I could tack on the parts after CS (or before if you prefer) and still have a quick workout. I alternated between the "Quickies" and the "Fusions". One week Quickies, next week Fusions and gradually increased the weights I was using.
I really love CS but need a little more weight training, especially arms and the KB/FP set is perfect for add-ons. The Fusion workouts are not necessarily 'limited' to the parts in the Chapter title. I don't stress over what gets worked on what days or if I happen to do biceps curls or push-ups two days in a row. There are allot of workout options using these with a CS season. No boredom. No dread.
