I got the DVD last week and did 1/2 of level 1 and gave up. I'm an intermediate exerciser and that was all I could handle. When she did one legged burpees within the first few minutes I knew I was in trouble. This one went into the Salvation Army donation pile.
I do like Jillian more these days as a trainer and motivator. I guess I'm just too old or too much of a woos to do these tough workouts. I got her Beginner Shred last year and I love that one. I wish she'd do more in that series. Level 2 felt great and Level 3 was a bit of a challenge.
