30 Day Fitness Challenges (website)

A friend in another forum posted this link: 30 Day Fitness Challenges, which is just what it sounds like! It's like a quick, Couch-to-5K-style approach to various exercises (planks, squats, pushups, etc), designed to improve your form and endurance in short order.

Looks like fun, thought I'd pass it along!

I'd be wary of the Abs Challenge. Lots of full-on situps and crunches which we now know aren't the safest for your back, nor necessarily the most effective. By day 30 it has you doing 175 situps and 200 crunches, along with 65 leg raises and a 2-minute plank.
