I'm sorry that you didn't like it. This is what I do when I do Meta/Continuity. I don't know if you are willing to try it again but my tip might help other VFers. For the floorwork, she tells you what she is doing before each exercise. So I watch her then I do the reps without looking up at the TV. I don't count. I just wait to hear her voice again. Then I know that she is explaining the next exercise. So I look up again and do the next exercise. I do this for the first side.
She doesn't cue the second side at all. So I have to rewind back to the first side so that I can just listen to her voice again without having to constantly look up at the TV. This only works if it doesn't bother you that you are not mirroring her movements. Also, she doesn't mirror cue. So my body mirrors her on the first side. But her cues actually match what I'm doing on the second side. I hope the last part makes sense.
