Awesome! I forgot to mention that my legs/hamstrings are rock solid. Any time I sit to do some yoga stretching with my legs straight out in front of me, nothing moves. I'll touch the side of my thighs and they are solid. I this.

The only thing I have not had any success with modifying is my stomach. Again, nothing has ever worked for that, so I'm not concerned with it.

flamingo, I have a lot of kb dvds. I prefer those that are led by ROCK certified instructors.

Yeah!!! My butt used to be flatter too. Doing 200 kb swings a day last year along with Tonique, BBL High & Tight, and Supreme Pilates Buns & Thighs really lifted them up and made them rounder. So I want to start doing that again but I want to do other things too so it's hard to fit it all in.

When I was doing k-bell workouts almost exclusively for about six months, my pancake butt actually got rounder. K-bell work also tones my inner thighs like no other workout.
