Are KBs more effective than regular weight training?

The pink Kettlebells are sold by AOS, they can be fill up to your desired weight, they are excellent for travel. They also have what is in my opinion the best KB DVD's in the market, after buying everything else. I don't the have the new Skogg System, no comment on that.

I like the fillable idea but I wish it was $15-20. Could I try a workout using a 10lb weight to see if I like or would that be not enough to get the same feeling?

oh sorry i was referring to the pink kettlebells. but certainly go to mary for the dvds esp. if you have some points to spare!
