Has anyone had a good experience with The Bar Method customer service?
I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed in them! I've contacted them twice now as I planned to order their 2 DVDs, but couldn't due to my military address not being accepted [under 'State' I have to have the option for 'AE' as in Armed Forces Europe] and sent them an e-mail (2x) about it.. No answer!

It's been 5 days ago now, so they 'technically' had enough time to respond, no? (I had the same prob with P57 and got a response immediately!)

Just curious if others also have had probs with no or late response from TBM.. for me it's almost a deal breaker not to buy from them!..
