I recently purchased all the Tonique DVDs for download onto my computer a couple days ago, but was only able to download the first one due to a computer problem. I was shut out from the links to the other downloads, but the charge already went through to my credit card. I sent an email to the admins at the Tonique website on Saturday evening. I received an email Sunday morning from Sylwia that was warm and friendly as well as very personable towards me. She attached the links and I was able to finish my downloads. I haven't had a chance to experience the entire Tonique series, but the quality of customer service for that product is top notch. Sylwia is great, and I wish her all the success in the world!

That is so cool! I am going to be getting Mat soon- Cannot wait to try it! It is always so nice when you hear how nice an instructor really is. It makes you like their workouts even more too!
