another thumbs up for me too! I made a heck of a mess on my orders & Melissa fixed everything for me!
she arranged all my orders so I would have everthing shipped together with no shipping charges. (some are backordered) she has the one's available now ready to ship. she responded quickly & was very, very nice. great customer service! |

just adding to the positive comments. My order has loose disks that were scratched (this seems to have been a problem with the same disk on the this set for others). They replaced it and told me to keep the old one and the replacement arrived very quickly. Terrie
