Best workout books(for vacation time)

We will be camping and traveling this summer and not always I will be able to work out with dvds, so my question -
what books are out there do not require eguipment(dumbells at the most)?
which ones are more interesting? which ones are the most easy to understand?

I prefer long lean muscle training versus heavy core one, but since I want no equipment book, I asume they all will be that. I also do not like crunches and exercise that put body weight on the wrists. I know this is video forum, but for emergency situations where we can't play them, we have to have something.

Definition by Joyce Vedral. It is a great travel workout and she recommends 2-3 lb weights, so you're good there!

There are always the Fit Decks or other card deck workouts you can mix up.

Print out or tear out some workout ideas from fitness mags.

The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises includes workouts in the back, one being a body weight one.

However, the book itself includes many many body weight exercises for all body parts (as well as warm ups and stretches)...I'd just pick through and create my own program (plus the book is very interesting to flip through on any down/relaxation time )

Add a jump rope and some running shoes for some walks and you're set .

I like the book, Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes by T-Tapp. No equipment needed, it's aerobic and builds muscle tone. It comes with a free dvd BUT the dvd doesn't contain all the exercises in the book - only a stomach flattening one without crunching and 2 versions of an exercise called HoeDowns that really gets your heart rate up and works your brain! A lot of the exercises in the book are featured for free at the ttapp.com website in their "try before you buy" section. Amazon.com offers best price ($12.21) but right now the ttapp.com site gives you an additional workout dvd for free. They also have free shipping through June 18th

Thank you everyone! I''ll check them out.

I do have t-tapp book and do t-tapp regularly, but I am in the t-tapp challenge right now and I am missing the other workouts. Also -it is not easy to do t-tapp from the book, but since I did total workout so many times it wouldn't be hard.
